Customers should not have to pay outtake fees on items won in the liquid auction. Alt would be the only auction house to charge this additional fee. A customer should have the ability to choose during purchase whether to vault or ship the item similar to what every auction house does. If they decide to vault then apply the outtake fee, but if not that fee should not be charged.

This was something that I enjoyed about ALT because it made it easy to bid. Now I have to take pictures of the cards to get the value the same way that I would if I was bidding on pwcc or goldin… which is not a pleasant UX. Could be good from the sellers side, but makes me less likely to bid on a ton of stuff. At least on the mobile side I can see last transactions but I can’t see last transactions for all grades in chronological order from most recent to oldest. I have to click on each grade and figure out which ones were most recent. Now I find myself screenshotting the card and then uploading it to using Instant Pricer to give me the ALT Value… still getting the info I want, but not in a user-friendly way… The ALT value is used by everyone and is a differentiator for you. I think something to make the sellers more motivated to sell on alt and get higher comps is to allow payment on credit cards, incentives to sellers, raw card to grading and selling through alt, and more marketing that shows the user experience through video (easy to vault, high comps, and the best outtake service in the game with your cool boxes) My vote is to add the ALT value back, it’s what makes ALT so great!

Provide easier access to view past Liquid Auctions sales. Finding comps by searching for the card in question is too long of a process to see how past auctions performed.

If you watch a card on auction, can you please add a feature that allows you to easily find that watched card instead of having to do a manual search from scratch? Sometimes you save dozens of cards and can’t recall all of your watched cards. If there was a way to click a button to see your past watched cards it would really help. Thanks.
