Customers don't realize they don't have enough $ in their ALT Accounts to pay for Shipping + Outtake fees at this time. It would be helpful if they were shown how much their outtake fee is before they arrive at the shipping options screen.

It's confusing when they have enough to pay for shipping fees but an error message shows due to their cash balance being insufficient to also pay an outtake fee
