Sharing feedback that I found it difficult to take cards from the vault to be shipped to home. In the support and help guides, there isn't a good article on this to explain it. This was the first place I looked. It would also need to share a number of days later that it takes to get ownership of the card before it can be shipped from purcase/auction. I couldn't seem to get the ALT iPhone app to ship the card at all, it only seemed to be an option on the computer. I also find it hard to find the section in my account where it lets you ship the card. It would be easier if I navigated to the card in my portfolio, and selected to ship it home. The process to select the card in my inventory could also be a little easier since I only owned one card in Vault, and that card didn't show up as a selection right away.
